2015 letter from donor

Dr. Wood recently received a letter and a check from Mary Taylor Flynn of Coronado, CA.

Her letter in part, said: “Please accept the enclosed check in memory of Dr. David Campbell and in honor of his widow, Dorothy Moffatt Campbell. Dotti and I were roommates at St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing in Memphis we graduated in the class of 1964. I first me David when he was an intern at the old John Gaston City Hospital in Memphis. I was witness to their romance and was Dotti’s matron of honor at their marriage. David was one of the finest physicians and surgeons that I have ever known and his patients do as well. He was a great man. My best wishes for the success and growth of your foundation,” she said.
